Hank Metal Anti-rust Oil BS-400 Series

This series covers a variety of products from short-term rust prevention to long-term storage and rust prevention, suitable for different scenarios such as rust prevention between processes, rust prevention in intermediate warehouses, rust prevention for export shipping, and rust prevention for precision parts.

Short-term anti-rust oil BS-401

It is made of film-forming agent, oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor, and low-viscosity high-flash-point refined mineral oil through special processes. It is a thin-layer long-term anti-rust oil with low viscosity, high flash point, good dehydration replacement, good salt spray and heat resistance, long anti-rust period, easy cleaning, and does not affect subsequent processing (such as stamping, stretching, etc.).

Recommended use: suitable for applications with low requirements for anti-rust and anti-rust between processes.

How to use: It can be soaked, brushed or sprayed, and the use area per liter is about 40-50 square meters. When oiling, the surface of the workpiece should be clean to avoid foreign matter such as moisture mixed in the oil.

Anti-rust water BS-402

It is composed of various corrosion inhibitors and various additives in proportion, non-toxic, does not contain sodium nitrite, and has good corrosion inhibition properties for steel and copper parts.

Use plan:

• Sealing and anti-rust: Take the stock solution and polyethylene film, composite paper, neutral wax paper or sodium benzoate anti-rust paper with packaging and sealing, and the anti-rust effect can reach more than one year.
  

• Anti-rust in the intermediate warehouse: Take the stock solution 10% to 15% diluted and spray it on the mechanical parts stacked in the intermediate warehouse, and repeat the spraying every other week or so.
  

• Anti-rust between processes: Soaking mechanical parts in a 4% to 10% diluent can prevent rust for up to 2 to 3 months.

Recommended use: suitable for new equipment guide surface and other rust-prone parts, automobile chassis and other occasions with high requirements for rust prevention.
