The engine is the heart of the car, and the lubricating oil is the blood flowing in the heart. Many car owners have had such anxiety: as soon as the mileage comes up, the idle speed jitter, the noise becomes louder, the power decreases, and even the engine is forced to overhaul. Overhaul is not only expensive, but also means that the residual value of the vehicle plummets. Is overhaul the fate that every car cannot escape? Not necessarily. We recently conducted a set of in-depth measurements of Hank lubricants, and the results were astounding: wear was reduced by 80%, and engine life was extended by three times. What kind of black technology is hidden behind this set of data?

Measured environment and operating conditions: In order to simulate the most severe driving scenarios, we selected a test vehicle with 150,000 kilometers of travel and poor operating conditions. Before replacing the Hank lubricant, wear marks on the cylinder wall and curved journal were recorded through an endoscope, and the concentration of metal particles in the old oil was collected as a benchmark value. Subsequently, the lubrication system was thoroughly cleaned, the Hank high-performance fully synthetic lubricant was replaced, and trace particles were added to accurately analyze the wear after the test.

The test is divided into two stages: the first stage is 200 hours of continuous high-load operation, simulating high-speed long-distance and frequent start and stop urban congestion road conditions; the second stage is the cold start test, repeated in the environment of minus 10 degrees Celsius cold start 100 times, because the cold start is the most serious time of engine wear.

The results of the first stage: After 200 hours of high-load operation, the released old oil showed a clear amber color with almost no obvious smell of scorch. Through the analysis of the oil spectrum, it was found that the iron content decreased by 79.8% compared with before the test, and the content of copper and aluminum elements also decreased significantly. What does this mean? The iron element comes from the cylinder wall and crankshaft, and the copper and aluminum come from the bearing bush. The fewer metal particles, the smaller the wear. The total metal particle concentration in the old oil is only about 20% of the benchmark value. The 80% reduction in wear is not an empty word.

The second stage of cold start testing is more convincing. At the moment of cold start, the oil pump has not yet established pressure, and the parts are in a state of boundary lubrication. Ordinary lubricating oil becomes more viscous and flows slowly at low temperatures, resulting in instant dry grinding at start. Hank lubricating oil adopts a unique polar molecule adsorption technology to form a tough chemical protective film on the metal surface. Even if the machine is stopped for a long time, this film is still firmly attached, providing effective lubrication at the moment of start. The measured data show that the instantaneous wear value during the cold start process is only 1/3 of that of ordinary fully synthetic oil.

Where does the 3-fold increase in lifespan come from? The answer is ash control and total base number persistence. The tiny metal particles produced by engine wear will accelerate the oxidation of lubricating oil, forming sludge, which in turn blocks the oil passage. Hank lubricating oil has added a high-purity cleaning dispersant, which can continuously suspend sludge and carbon deposits in the oil and avoid precipitation. At the same time, its total base number remains above 10mgKOH/g after 8000 kilometers, continuously neutralizing the acidic substances produced by combustion and preventing acid corrosion wear.

We continued the test vehicle for 30,000 kilometers without changing the oil. When sampled at 25,000 kilometers, the viscosity change rate of the oil was only 7%, and the degree of deterioration was far below the industry standard 15% critical value. Under the same working conditions, the viscosity of ordinary mineral oil decreased by more than 20% after 5000 kilometers. This means that the actual oil change cycle of Hank lubricants can be extended to 3 times, while the mechanical wear of the engine remains very low.

Some car owners are worried: will the cleaning ability be sacrificed by extending the oil change cycle? We inspected the replaced old oil with a 600x electron microscope and found that the soot particles in the oil were strongly wrapped and did not gather to form large abrasive particles. The surface of the valve chamber cover and camshaft inside the engine was also inspected through endoscopy: there was almost no sludge deposition, and the metal color was clearly visible. This proves that Hank lubricating oil is not only anti-wear, but also has excellent self-cleaning ability.

Why can Hanke do this? The core lies in the base oil and additive package. Hanke uses the fourth type of PAO fully synthetic base oil, combined with the synergistic anti-wear agent of molybdenum, boron and calcium. Molybdenum can form a molybdenum disulfide layer on the metal surface, and the low shear strength brings a very low friction coefficient; boron is preferentially adsorbed in the microscopic depression of the metal, making the surface flatter like a pit filling; calcium is responsible for neutralizing acidic substances. The synergy of the three makes the oil film strength far exceed the ordinary formula. We also compared the extreme pressure performance test of Hanke lubricating oil with an imported big brand on a four-ball machine: the welding load reached 8000N, the film thickness ratio was 20% higher, and the extreme pressure resistance was clear at a glance.

The most obvious changes in daily driving are quietness and smoothness. The test vehicle could hear a distinct click when idling, but after replacing the Hank, the sound became low and dense. With a deep press on the accelerator, the speed climb is more linear, and the sliding distance is significantly longer when the accelerator is loose. These subjective feelings, although impossible to quantify, confirm the reduction in frictional resistance.

In terms of maintenance economy, taking a 2.0T turbocharged engine as an example, the cost of routine overhaul is about 15,000 yuan to 20,000 yuan, plus the time of missed work, the loss is incalculable. And the use of Hank lubricating oil, calculated by extending the life by 3 times, the potential maintenance cost saved in an oil change cycle far exceeds the price of oil. More importantly, the vehicle's value preservation rate can be preserved. When used cars are sold, a complete set of maintenance records and the clean internal performance of the engine can double the confidence of buyers.

Of course, no product can be divorced from scientific knowledge. The anti-wear performance of Hank lubricants is not a myth, but a comprehensive victory of base oils, additives and formulation processes. It cannot repair an engine that has been severely strained, but it can effectively stop the wear process, give new life to the old car, and keep the new car young forever.

Farewell to overhaul is not an extravagant fantasy, but a reality that can be achieved with a bottle of real oil. Hank Lubricants proves with measured data that wear is reduced by 80% and life is extended by 3 times. There is no exaggeration, only truth. If you are also tired of frequent repairs and rising maintenance costs, you might as well try Hank once to restore the firmness and quietness of a new car to the engine. After all, the truly excellent oil is not to wait for the engine to break down before remediing, but to make the overhaul never happen in the first place.

The whole process of this actual measurement is recorded by video, and the data is reported by an independent third-party testing agency. We are responsible for the authenticity. When you choose Hank lubricating oil, you will not only get a longer oil change cycle, but also gentle care for the whole life cycle of the engine. Overhaul can really become history.
